Session Cancellation Policy

SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY

All public offering session require a minimum of 20 registered participants for the delivery of the workshop. Participants who are registered in a session without a total of 20 registrations will be contacted and offered a move of their workshop attendance to another city of their choosing. As a courtesy for the inconvenience, a $250.00 payment credit will be issued.

PARTICIPANT CANCELLATION POLICY

Any changes made within seven business days prior to the workshop will incur a $250.00 rescheduling fee. Due to event planning expenses and advanced scheduling, we cannot issue refunds. However, participants may transfer their registration to another individual with payment of a $250.00 rescheduling fee.
