Curtis has over 15 years of international experience in cultural integration, change management, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and performance consulting as a practitioner, researcher, author, and speaker.

Known for his practical expertise, Curtis has significant depth in strategic and tactical application of cultural integration, change management, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and performance consulting to maximize organizational investments in human capital.

Curtis has been a consultant and an employee with Fortune 100 companies in the industries of aerospace and defense, software engineering, insurance and financial services, telecommunications, and healthcare.

As a testament to his diverse background, Curtis is a sought after consultant to organizations in change strategy implementation, organization development, leadership/executive development, career coaching, culture change, training and development, and group facilitation.

Curtis earned his doctorate of education from Pepperdine University, graduating Phi Delta Kappa, and has been industry certified as both a Human Capital Strategist and Strategic Workforce Planner from the Human Capital Institute.
